In the dashboard builder, you can use description to add a text describing what is shown on a dashboard, highlighting insights, trends or dependencies or explain how to use it. Description text can help your colleagues or other users to better understand your dashboard.
To add a description to a dashboard, click the description field.
In the description editor, you can use all standard text formatting instruments which are located in the tool panel at the top.
