When you browse data by topics, you see key topics featured like Agriculture, Energy, Demographics, etc., as well as all available topics listed in the alphabetical order.
In key topics, like Energy, you can see “Indicators” tab in addition to “Sources” and “Datasets” which are available for all topics.
Indicators listed in this tab represent a curated collection of key indicators comparable across all countries. We select only the most important indicators from hundreds of datasets available for each topic to feature in the World Data Atlas.
For each indicator, you can see:
- Ranking or map of countries
- Chart and table for an individual country
- Comparison of several countries
