All API calls sent by applications are tracked and throttled. Anonymous requests are limited to 1,000 credits per day. Authenticated requests are limited to 10,000 credits per day. Credits are reset daily at midnight UTC. The number of credits required varies depending on the exact request, but typical requests for metadata use between 0.2 and 5 credits, and typical requests for data use 1 credit per time series.
