It is possible to manually add new Snowflake Connector, in order to do this do the following:
- Log in to the portal as a Manager
- Click on your initials in the top right corner and select Admin
- On the left hand side under Applications select Data connector item
- You will see a page will all data connectors shown
- If you want to Edit the connector settings you should click on the pencil icon for the connector you want to edit
- If you want to Delete the connector you should click on the the trash icon
- To add a new connector click on the Add Connection button
- Select a Provider by choosing Snowflake from the drop-down
- Specify the settings for the connection: Account, Host URL, Scheme, Port, Username and a Password and click Next
- If you wish to use a Proxy enable the checkbox and specify fields: Proxy Host URL, Proxy Port, Proxy User and a Proxy Password and click Next. If you don't need to use a Proxy simply go to the enxt screen by clicking Next
- The system will automatically load available Roles and Warehouses from the connection you specified. Select the needed Role and Warehouse from the drop-down, then specify the Name for this connector and click Next
- Click Save
Now you will be able to select through several connectors when you want to add the data. When you’re going to access the data Knoema will automatically determine through which connector the data has been loaded.
